Job Description

The Kayne Anderson Rudnick Internship program is an opportunity for top students to gain relevant work experience in various aspects of the Financial Services industry. The program offers interns challenging and meaningful work that allows them to demonstrate their abilities, apply knowledge acquired through college courses, and be evaluated for future employment opportunities within the Company. Our internships create opportunities for interns to establish important relationships with experienced professionals. Kayne Anderson Rudnick is seeing an intern to join our marketing team this summer. This opportunity will run roughly 8-10 weeks in length and will be onsite in our Los Angeles office.  

Job Responsibilities:

• Video Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging video content, including "Day in the Life" videos and holiday-themed videos.
• Social Media Marketing: Conduct research on competitor ads, analyze and compare findings, and write copy for LinkedIn posts.
• Marketing Research: Conduct research to propose content ideas for our website, evaluate webinar platform providers, and gather insights to support marketing strategies.
• Administrative Tasks: Organize marketing files and folders, document company events through photos and videos, maintain the Marketing intranet page, and learn how to use recording equipment.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Currently a rising senior pursuing an undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong interest in marketing and digital media.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.

The hourly rate is $25.00 per hour for this opportunity.
