DescriptionFanatics Collectibles is seeking a Senior Brand (Product) Marketing Manager to join our dynamic Marketing team, based in Los Angeles (or San Diego), CA. We're looking for a product marketing expert who can drive key marketing initiatives and projects, with a focus on the entertainment and comic collectibles space.
The ideal candidate will combine a strategic marketing mindset with a genuine passion for entertainment and collectibles. You'll be a creative thinker who can translate fan enthusiasm into compelling marketing narratives, while also possessing the analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance. Your experience in product marketing within the entertainment industry will allow you to hit the ground running, bringing fresh ideas and best practices to our team.
What You Will Be Doing
- Build and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that boost awareness and drive purchases across our product lines, while also establishing and refining key marketing processes.
- Support the Brand Marketing team to help build out and optimizing marketing operations, including creating workflow processes, approval protocols, and project management.
- Be the voice of current and future collectors, leveraging insights, demographics, and psychographics to develop and influence impactful marketing programs. Use this knowledge to help set long-term strategic direction.
- Collaborate with Product teams to design custom Hobby/Retail programming that resonates with our target audience, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and market trends.
- Lead and coordinate efforts with Marketing & Media teams to maximize campaign outcomes and ROI, implementing systems for better tracking of activities and budget allocation.
- Develop and manage marketing initiatives that align with brand guidelines and company standards, including creating standardized templates and organizing documents for improved team collaboration and uniformity.
- Analyze campaign performance and present findings to senior leadership, driving data-informed decision-making. Implement dashboards and reporting to enhance performance tracking.
- Mentor and lead team members, fostering a culture of innovation, calculated risk-taking, and integrity. Facilitate cross-functional communication and organize regular team meetings to boost collaboration.
- Create PowerPoint presentation templates and guidelines to ensure consistency in all marketing communications.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
- Help create a centralized approach for managing marketing assets - such as file naming conventions and digital asset management.Β

What You Bring to the Table
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the entertainment or collectibles industry.
- Deep understanding of entertainment/comic communities and the fandom associated with leading entertainment properties.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns for consumer brands.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring marketing teams.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, adept at working across various departments and with external partners.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.
- Self-motivation and superior organizational skills to manage evolving tasks and projects independently and within a team.
- Passion for entertainment, comics, and consumer brands, coupled with knowledge of the trading card and collectibles space.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent experience; advanced degree is a plus.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms used in modern marketing campaigns.

The salary range forΒ this position is $140,000-$170,000, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
