About the Role

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a Senior Program Manager to drive the success of our Growth, Customer Activation, and Lifecycle Marketing programs within Fanatics Live and Collect. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in cross-functional environments, excels at communication, and embraces servant leadership. The ideal candidate is adaptable, strategic, and detail-oriented, capable of balancing big-picture planning with hands-on execution. You’ll collaborate with teams across marketing, data science, analytics, creative, and product to deliver impactful initiatives, ensuring smooth execution and measurable success. This role requires technical fluency, the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable business strategies, and the agility to pivot between executive-level presentations and deep data analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution, project health, and daily management of key Customer Activation, Retention, and Growth programs.
  • Influence priority decisions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and data-driven outcomes.
  • Develop workback timelines, facilitate program reviews and retrospectives, and drive continuous process improvements.
  • Maintain program dashboards, reports, presentations, and communication plans aligned with best practices.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects across our DTC business.
  • Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies to enhance team collaboration.
  • Oversee complex, high-impact initiatives requiring cross-functional alignment between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Dive deep into technical and business challenges, providing hands-on support to ensure success.
  • Establish credibility at the C-Suite level and gain consensus on strategic initiatives.
  • Utilize BI tools to create reports, dashboards, and track key business performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Stay informed on trends in the Collector/Hobby space, leveraging insights to enhance program success.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience working with Program/Product/Engineering/Sales/Operations/Marketing teams.
  • 5+ years of program/project management experience in a technical environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum formation, and experimentation frameworks.
  • Proven track record in growth-focused initiatives, particularly in onboarding, personalization, and lifecycle management.
  • Experience managing teams running high-impact growth experiments across different platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Braze) and analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Sigma BI, Google Analytics).
  • Background in consumer-facing, high-visibility e-commerce at a global scale.
  • Strategic thinker with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude to execute as needed.
  • Strong ability to simplify and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience managing broad stakeholder groups to achieve strategic objectives. ● Ability to balance short-term quick-turnaround projects with long-term initiatives.
  • Preferred: Experience in sports, entertainment, or e-commerce industries.
  • Preferred: Background in high-growth startups.
  • Preferred: PMP or equivalent certification.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, GitHub, Atlassian products, Linear, and Notion.
