**This position is an on-site role, working 32 hours per week in our West Los Angeles/Brentwood office**
About you
You are a recent college graduate interested in commercial real estate! This role is perfect for an individual who is looking to start their career in commercial real estate and is eager to contribute to a fast-paced, highly successful team. Your background includes an eagerness to learn and a passion for going the extra mile.
In this position, you will be responsible for team coordination, administrative support, marketing management, client deliverables, electronic file administration, data entry, event planning and more. Your attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and entrepreneurial spirit will make you an integral part of the team’s success.
In this role, you will…
· Help the team gather sales and rent comps.
· Prepare Offering Memorandums and Broker Opinion of Value brochures.
· Handle property marketing write-ups.
· Maintain company databases to track prospects and business opportunities.
· Create/format/print/bind proposals, presentations, and client deliverables.
· Bring a great attitude in learning the business and participating in team and client meetings.
· Schedule and coordinate property tours and client events.
· Additional duties as assigned.
What you’ll bring
· A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with a proven GPA of at least 3.5.
· Experience working in a professional, corporate environment (preferably real estate, sales, legal, architectural, construction or related)
· Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign) experience is required
· High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
· High level of initiative and excellent communications skills, both oral and written

Approximate Hourly Range for this Role: $17.28 - $20.00/ Hour
Our Hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
