Job Summary

The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for the day-to-day monitoring and management of all Lulus performance marketing efforts across paid search, paid social, and display in partnership with the Senior Vice President of Revenue and 3rd party marketing agencies. Aside from the operational elements of the role, you will also provide insights into demand/traffic trends, and incrementality and assist in forecasting budgets and performance outcomes. This is a hybrid position based out of our LA Office, with in-office days on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. 

What You’ll Do

  • Monitor and report on daily performance marketing campaign performance, conduct analysis and drive optimizations in partnership with 3rd party agencies using Excel, Looker, and Google Analytics.

  • Participate in brainstorming, scoping, and prioritizing new A/B test initiatives and quarterly incrementality tests.

  • Execute tests across search, shopping, paid social and display campaigns to optimize budget and performance outcomes with a focus on increasing the scale and efficiency of our performance marketing programs.

  • Collaborate with our in-house analytics, technology, and merchandising teams to conduct performance deep dives and right-size ROAS efficiency targets to best meet the needs of the business.

  • Analyze large data sets from disparate sources and make recommendations /execute strategies from findings in collaboration with all levels of management.

 

What You’ll Need

  • 8+ years of experience in Marketing

  • 3+ years of experience using Google Ads, Bing ads, Meta Ads, and other social and display ad platforms with 6-figure monthly search budgets.

  • Prior E-Commerce experience.

  • Exceptional analytical capabilities and the ability to turn trends into actionable insights and hypotheses.

  • Must be customer-centric, collaborative, and strong in project management and operations.

  • Understands online customer behavior and can find areas of optimization to increase sales and traffic performance.

  • Advanced proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.

 

Nice to Have - Bonus Points!

  • Google Analytics, Google Analytics Custom Attribution Models, and Incrementality testing experience.

  • Prior experience in the women’s apparel vertical.
