Job Description

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Internal/External Communications:
    • Identify, develop and execute firm-wide communication strategy for key media contacts and customer references.
    • Network and cultivate trusting relationships with all levels of the firm and external vendors. Develop collaboration opportunities by being friendly, efficient, responsive and trustworthy.
    • Create and deliver press releases, media relations content, case studies, white papers, executive bios, corporate newsletter content, social media content, and speaking proposals
    • Support creation and production of internal/external marketing materials, videos, interactive PDFs, PowerPoint decks, and more.
    • Responsible for managing client feedback on an ongoing basis to track the outcome of marketing efforts.
    • Work with Partners to source custom promotional materials for events, conferences, clients, and personnel on an as needed basis.
    • Communicate expectations and timeline to executive team and resources to deliver projects in a timely manner.


  • Marketing and Brand Development:
    • Create, deliver, edit, and optimize marketing materials including newsletters, web copy, ads, proposals, presentations, and articles.
    • Work with executive team as project manager to Identify, develop and execute marketing initiatives to align with firm’s vision and strategic growth plans.
    • Coordinate events, sponsorships, and other marketing initiatives including managing logistics, communications to ensure seamless execution that maximizes the Firm’s investment and exposure.
    • Develop and maintain a list of target clients for the Los Angeles and Orange County region's industry practices.
    • Manage client entertainment and maximize the use of firm funded ticket events to continuously identify high potential clients.

 

  • Website Content and Social Media
    • Support the Firm’s online and social media strategy including maintaining intranet postings, announcements, services, and company awards.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related field is required
  • Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience; professionals services experience is preferred
  • Experience working with CRM software
  • Strong attention to detail and stellar organizational skills
  • Creative and innovative mind to help build a one of a kind brand
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills to be able to interact with individuals at all levels, virtually and in-person.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and PhotoShop.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

Location: This position is able to work remotely with the occasional in-house meeting and offers a flexible schedule as well.
