The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Ecommerce Marketing Assistant to join our team and support the Ecommerce Manager in building a best in class site experience. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of a passionate team, contribute to our mission, and grow within a dynamic and creative environment.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the Ecommerce Manager to develop seasonal on site marketing plans for .com, app
• Handle day to to day execution of on site marketing (uploading assets, building and scheduling Shopify pages including content series editions, etc.)
• Manage asset request pipeline
• Work cross functionally with merchandising, brand marketing, and creative teams
• Report on key site metrics on weekly, monthly, quarterly basis
• Execute SEO strategies to optimize website visibility and traffic
• Assist the Ecommerce Manager to ensure ADA compliance to maintain an inclusive shopping experience
• Build AB tests as needed
• Stay up to date on industry trends and ecommerce best practices
• Ad hoc projects as needed

Who You Are

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Passionate about Frank & Eileen and our mission
• Impeccable attention to detail, deadlines, and accuracy
• Action-oriented self starter
• Eager to learn, adaptable
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Comfortable working and collaborating in a hybrid team environment with both internal and external teams
• Shopify experience a plus
• Airtable or Asana experience a plus
• Analytical mindset, experience with GA4, Looker Studio a plus

Compensation
Annual Range of $55,000-$70,000
