We are seeking a highly motivated Creator Marketing Manager to join our team.
As a Creator Marketing Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued creators, responsible for building strong relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring their overall satisfaction. You will work with these creators to drive campaign execution and to deliver top quality results to our brands.

• 1-3 years of project management experience ideally in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, social media marketing, or digital content production.
• Strong understanding of the social media landscape, creator economy, and digital content workflows.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and manage creator partnerships effectively.
• Highly organized with strong project management skills—able to track multiple campaigns, deadlines, and creator deliverables.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Comfortable using technology platforms to manage content workflows and campaign execution.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and proactively identify solutions.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms, digital content production tools, or CRM systems is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
