ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re seeking someone with experience working on Hispanic brand campaigns that is detailed oriented, creatively minded and has a deep-rooted knowledge in U.S. Hispanic media and culture. The ideal candidate is a strategic and creative thinker who applies a multicultural lens and a PR & marketing communications mindset to all client work.

They should have a deep knowledge and understanding of the Hispanic audience and consumer landscape with a strong roster of media contacts and/or partner relationships across various media platforms.

The candidate must have strong account management skills, ability to manage multiple, simultaneous assignments, unwavering confidence in counseling clients, and the ability to prioritize assignments to meet deadlines. This position will have a dedicated focus on Hispanic brand communications as well as general market strategies as needed.

The desired candidate should be bilingual with good to Spanish proficiency and ability to translate and trans-create media materials.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Multicultural Campaign Strategy Development and Execution: Lead the development and execution of multi-channel communication strategies for a range of clients in various industry focus with a specific expertise in multicultural communication.
    • Pitch and Deliver Results:  This role will be expected to deliver results across the board, helping teams secure multicultural media coverage while also helping strengthen multicultural strategy executions savviness of account teams and clients.
    • Knowledge of the Multicultural and Cross-cultural Customer Landscape:  Actively have a pulse on the multicultural media and audience landscapes and ability to unearth strategic opportunities for our clients across the board.
    •  Lead for On-Site/In-Person Media Engagements: Independently host media onsite for events, effectively managing media and counseling spokespeople, supervising media interviews, coordinating with off-site support team and more. 
    • Strong Media Contacts: It is expected that this person will bring a strong roster of top-tier and cross-category media contacts to Zeno and have the ability to build new relationships where needed.

Pay range: $79,000-116,000

An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
