As a Marketing Manager, you will lead a cross functional team focusing predominantly on strategic firm partnerships. You’ll collaborate closely with our sales team, product leaders, and fellow marketing associates to help optimize home office relationships by developing initiatives targeting financial intermediaries at leading firms.

You have experience establishing marketing priorities and driving effective execution and optimization for the audience by working with client segment teams, cross-functional partners, and marketing leadership.
You can develop and implement the marketing strategy for the target audience or sub-audience to achieve the desired change in audience behavior or attitudes.
You have experience in leveraging response marketing tactics to drive consistent action from audiences.
You can partner with cross-functional marketing teams to develop and deploy marketing programs aligned to the business objectives and strategies.
You have experience maintaining a client-facing role along with marketing managers and senior managers.
You hold a bachelor’s degree (preferred)
You have a minimum of 10 years of experience.
Southern California Base Salary Range: $131,596-$210,554
New York Base Salary Range: $139,498-$223,197
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
