- Achieve weekly and monthly production goals and metrics.
- Execute marketing plans effectively.

- Oversee social media accounts, scheduling posts, engaging with audiences, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Demonstrated experience as a marketing professional.
- Strong proficiency in market research and data analysis methodologies.
- Ability to implement marketing strategies across both digital (e.g., social media) and non-digital (e.g., press) channels.
- Proficient in MS Office and relevant business software (e.g., CRM systems).
- Blend of creative and analytical skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, or similar advertising platforms.
- Familiarity with Klaviyo and Shopify software.
