Job Description:

ThinkTell Junction We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our marketing initiatives and campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement. The ideal candidate possesses a blend of creativity and analytical skills, allowing them to develop innovative marketing strategies while also measuring their effectiveness.  

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to enhance brand visibility.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Coordinate and assist in organizing promotional events and trade shows.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials such as brochures, email campaigns, and advertisements.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.

Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in coordination or support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Familiarity with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
