Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Team Coordinator to join our Brand Marketing Team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining team organization and calendars, and executing initiatives that elevate our brand presence. This role requires a strong mix of organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to multitask across a variety of responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support

  • Maintain internal documents, servers, decks, and other brand-related resources.

  • Manage general brand administration to support smooth team operations.

  • Organize calendars to ensure internal alignment and efficient scheduling.

  • Manage calendar for CMO and Head of Brand Marketing

Brand Marketing Project Support

  • Assist the brand marketing team with project management and execution

  • Create working documents, schedules, timelines and processes

  • Support the team in whatever capacity necessary to plan and execute brand marketing initiatives

Team Coordination

  • Facilitate weekly team meetings and brainstorms, take notes and distribute deliverables following the meeting.

  • Deliver assets on time and manage timelines to meet project deadlines.

  • Serve as the primary point of reference for the Brand Book, ensuring accessibility and updates for all team members.

Social Media and Community Engagement

  • Assist the social team to execute social media posts with a focus on quality and timeliness.

  • Continually do research on trends and pitch ideas for all of the IP under the Unwell Network

  • Own direct messages and actively engage with the online community to foster relationships and enhance brand visibility.

Campaigns and Partnerships

  • Coordinate effective campaign rollouts, ensuring seamless execution and measurable results.

  • Ideate and conduct outreach for new partnerships, both paid and trade.

Event Planning and Execution

  • Plan and execute events that align with brand goals and resonate with target audiences.

  • Conduct cost analysis to optimize budget allocation and ensure financial efficiency.

  • Compile post-mortem recaps to evaluate successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in a coordination or marketing role, preferably within a brand marketing team.

  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Creative problem solver with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with social media platforms, community engagement strategies, and event planning.
