Title: Marketing/Sales Coordinator  
Location: Los Angeles, CA 
Salary range between $90,000 - $100,000  

As a dedicated Marketing/Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients and referral sources, responding to customer requests and concerns, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. You will also stay informed about industry trends and participate in public and corporate activities as directed, contributing to the overall success of the organization. 

What You'll Do: 

  • Tour prospective residents and assess resident qualifications. 

  • Build census through strategic marketing and sales efforts, aiming for 100% occupancy by developing creative sales strategies. 

  • Identify, develop, and manage referral sources, maintaining long-standing, valuable customer relationships. 

  • Plan and implement marketing strategies to develop and maintain relationships with physicians, nursing homes, hospitals, assisted living facilities, and other healthcare organizations. 

  • Coordinate with the internal marketing team to develop territory and referral opportunities and execute communications plans. 

  • Report marketing activity to the CEO and Executive Director, and provide input on key referral opportunities, services, and proposal or contract pricing. 

What You'll Need to Succeed:  

  • 3-4 years' experience in sales, preferably in the senior housing or healthcare industry.   

  • Understanding of senior housing options, services, and the needs of older adults.  

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, healthcare, or related field, preferred.  

  • Certifications or training in senior living sales, preferred.  

  • Excellent communication, empathy, and active listening skills.  

  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.  

  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures; ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.  

  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume; ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.  

  • Maintains comprehensive working knowledge in the field of marketing and shares information with appropriate organization personnel.  

  • Maintains comprehensive working knowledge of community resources and assists customers in accessing community resources should services not be provided by the organization
