Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and creative Junior Marketing Associate to join our dynamic marketing team. In this entry-level position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing initiatives and enhancing our brand presence. 

Salary Range: $21.00 - $30.25 per hour, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research to analyze key trends and consumer insights.
• Support the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and social media content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to manage social media accounts and engage with followers.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns through analytics tools.
• Help organize and participate in promotional events and trade shows.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
