We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Product Marketing to lead our product marketing and go-to-market efforts. In this role, you will spearhead strategic initiatives while managing a small, dedicated team. You will be hands-on in various marketing activities, from crafting messaging to executing campaigns, ensuring our products resonate in the market.

Please note: This is remote, but we are hiring specifically in the Los Angeles or New York area because these are employee hubs for us. We have office space available for work collaboration and team building events. Business partners within these geographical regions are involved with marketing and cross functional department interactions.

Salary: $180,000 - $200,000

What the Director of Product Marketing will do:

    • Define, craft, and implement go to market strategies, bringing new products to market with creative and effective messaging and positioning 
    • Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the marketplace and resonates with target personas
    • Work cross-functionally  with product management, sales, and marketing teams to understand product roadmaps and effectively launch new products and features to market
    • Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and threats to inform product and marketing strategy
    • Work closely with sales and customer success teams to develop use-cases and customer success stories for distribution across sales and marketing initiatives 
    • Develop and deliver clear, compelling product presentations and collateral for sales enablement
    • Communicate the value proposition of our products to the sales team and create the sales tools that support the selling process of your products
    • Utilize market and customer research to gain insights, inform product marketing strategy, and drive product development

Experience the candidate can bring:

    • Reside in the Los Angeles area
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is preferred
    • 8+ years of experience in product marketing, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
    • Proven track record in crafting compelling messaging and product positioning
    • Experience with market analysis and segmentation
    • Proven ability to develop innovative and targeted marketing strategies
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Experience in mobile app analytics, big data, or SaaS industries is a plus
