RESPONSIBILITIESย 

  • Strategic Leadership: Design and execute a brand-centric marketing framework that seamlessly integrates influencer marketing, celebrity endorsements, and performance-driven campaigns.

  • Market Expansion: Craft tailored positioning strategies that establish brands as category leaders while identifying untapped growth opportunities.

  • Revenue Optimization: Oversee financial planning, budget allocation, and ROI analysis to ensure marketing spend translates into measurable business impact.

  • Data-Driven Growth: Leverage analytics to refine customer acquisition cost (CAC), optimize conversion funnels, and enhance retention strategies.

  • Industry Partnerships: Maintain and expand high-value relationships with influencers, talent agencies, and strategic collaborators to amplify brand reach.

  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.

REQUIREMENTSย 

  • 8+ years of marketing leadership experience in fashion, luxury, or consumer brands - experience working with Multiple companies simultaneously.

  • Proven ability to develop and execute large-scale brand strategies with tangible revenue growth outcomes.

  • Deep expertise in digital marketing, CRM, influencer engagement, and performance analytics.

  • A strong business acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.

  • A background in high-end, growth-stage companies or brand incubators is highly preferred.

  • Director or Senior Director-level experience is required.

  • Able to juggle a handful of clients at the same time.
