Flex is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate Marketing Manager to help drive the growth and success of our omnichannel brand in the competitive retail and CPG landscape. This role is instrumental in executing key marketing initiatives, including campaign management, shopper marketing programs, and affiliate outreach, to enhance brand visibility and accelerate retail velocities. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Associate Marketing Manager will collaborate across teams to ensure seamless execution of projects, deliver data-driven recommendations, and contribute to our mission of elevating customer engagement and brand performance.
